Jodi – Practice Administrator, LCDA
Jodi has been in the dental field since 2010. She graduated from McCann Tech at the top of her class and is a DANB Certified Assistant along with being licensed in Massachusetts. She has worked with all types of patients in both private practice and also has experience including 10 years at a Non-Profit Dental Clinic. Jodi is the Practice Administrator and is responsible for all of the “behind the scenes” administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly. When she’s not working she enjoys cooking, crafting, doing home renovations with her husband, watching her daughter’s dance recitals or flute concerts, and helping her daughter run a Little Free Library.
Michelle – Insurance Specialist, LCDA
Michelle has been working in the dental field since 2014. She graduated from McCann Tech and was a Skills USA Medalist during her time there. Currently, she holds both a license and certification for dental assisting. Michelle has also continued her education with a special course in insurance coding. She has worked both in dental health clinics and private practice giving her a multitude of knowledge and caring in the field. She has also used her education to travel to Honduras providing dental care for remote villages with Binghamton University. Separate from work Michelle is a two time published author and Shadow Work teacher in the community. She finds collaborations of science, art, and kindness the perfect blend for her professionalism and her personal life.
Kate – Dental Assistant, LCDA
Kate began her career in dentistry in 2019 while working as a patient coordinator. She grew to love dentistry and decided to continue her education graduating from McCann Technical School in 2021. Kate is a CDA and is Licensed in Massachusetts. She brings great positive energy to our office and she works chairside with the doctors for all aspects of patient care.
Sandy – Dental Assistant, LDA
Sandy is a Licensed Dental Assistant in Massachusetts. She graduated from the McCann Technical School Dental Assisting program in 2002 at the top of her class. Sandy has worked alongside doctors in private practices throughout her career. She has a caring personality which puts her patients at ease while in the dental chair. When not in the office she loves being with her family, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Barb – Dental Assistant, LCDA
Barb is a seasoned dental assistant with nearly 30 years of experience in private practices around the area, including over five years at our office. A 1996 graduate of McCann Technical School, she is a certified dental assistant and licensed in Massachusetts. Her extensive experience and caring approach make her a valued member of the team.
Outside of work, Barb is an avid baker, much to the delight of the office staff who get to enjoy her delicious creations. She also loves spending quality time with her family, especially her grandsons, and enjoys traveling whenever she can.
Nicole – Dental Hygienist, RDH
Nicole is a New England native raised in Vermont. She graduated from the University of New Haven in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Nicole is local anesthetic certified and her clinical experience spans diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and individuals with special needs. This variety has helped her develop a patient-centered approach that emphasizes comfort and personalized care. When not serving patients, Nicole pursues creative passions through painting and embraces adventure through motorcycle riding. She also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her pets and loved ones. These diverse interests help her maintain a balanced lifestyle and bring a warm, relatable approach to our practice.

Renee – Dental Hygienist, RDH
Renee has been helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles for over 25 years. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Hudson Valley Community College in 1996 and has been a valued member of Dr. Mamolito’s team since 2014. Renee is known for her gentle, compassionate, and thorough approach, making every visit comfortable and positive. She takes pride in helping patients achieve not only excellent oral health but also improved overall wellness. Always eager to learn, Renee stays up to date with the latest dental techniques and is trained in CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance. Her dedication, expertise, and warm chairside manner make her a trusted partner in patient care.
Kay – Dental Hygienist, RDH, FNTP
Kay graduated from Springfield Technical Community College in 1998 and has been providing exceptional dental care for over 25 years. Her experience as a hygienist inspired her to expand her knowledge into holistic nutritional health, recognizing that a healthy mouth goes hand-in-hand with a healthy diet. Kay is committed to clinical excellence, delivering high-quality care while ensuring each patient feels calm and comfortable during their visit. She is trained in CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance, and continually updates her skills to provide the best care possible. Passionate about dental health and patient wellness, Kay is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to sharing her experience and expertise with every patient.
Jess – Front Office Coordinator
Jess has been in the dental field for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our office. She plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience, from coordinating comprehensive treatment plans to managing authorizations, insurance approvals, and scheduling with efficiency and attention to detail. Known for her warm and personable nature, Jess truly enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their care. Her strong organizational skills and commitment to teamwork make her a valued and trusted member of our practice. Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as with her two dogs, who keep her active and entertained.
